David -- Yesterday, when I picked up the paper, I saw Republican Sen. Amanda Chase on the front page of The Washington Post.  You might remember her from the email we sent a few days ago about her disgusting ad threatening violence against gun safety groups.  Well now she’s in the headlines again because Republicans are worried this traditionally red seat may turn blue this November. Republicans have reason to be worried. The Washington Post notes:  “Republicans are defending razor-thin majorities: the GOP has a 51-48 edge in the House and a 20-19 advantage in the chamber… If Democrats flip both chambers, they would have full control of state government for the first time in a generation.” But time is running out. Election day is just over a month away and we need to ensure Amanda Pohl has the resources she needs to win.  Bottom line: This race could come down to a few votes -- your support ... could make or break Democrats’ chances of winning a Senate majority.
