AMERICAN PHILOSOPHICAL ASSOCIATION. NOMINATIONS FOR LEADERSHIP POSITIONS.

Dear DAVID, There are just two weeks left to nominate qualified candidates for APA leadership positions. The deadline for nominations is October 31. The terms for these positions will begin on July 1, 2020, and most are three years in length. All nominations must be made through the online nominations system. Nominations submitted by email, phone, or postal mail will not be accepted. There are member vacancies on seventeen APA committees, including a vacancy for the disability representative on the inclusiveness committee, as well as vacancies for associate chair positions on five committees. There will be one vacancy for member-at-large of the board of officers, and four member vacancies on the graduate student council (GSC). Most committee terms are three years in length; GSC terms are two years. Sign in to the nominations system for more information and a complete list of vacancies.
