HOW ARE WE'RE GOING TO DEFEAT MAGA. (10 DOORS AT A TIME)

 

David, Defeating Trump in 2020 came down to fewer than 44,000 voters in Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin -- not enough to fill your average football stadium.  Control of the House in 2022? It came down to 7,000 votes in five districts. And despite the fact that Trump tried to violently overthrow the government, was found legally liable for sexual abuse, faces 91 criminal charges, and is promising a second term defined by autocracy and vengeance, the 2024 election also promises to be stomach-churningly close.  When elections are this close, every vote matters. And guess what? We’ve developed a tool that independent analysis suggests is more effective at turning out voters than any other GOTV tactic out there.  We know a lot of folks scan these emails quickly, so let’s pull that out and repeat it:  We’ve developed a GOTV tool right here at Indivisible that appears to be the most effective form of direct voter contact in existence. It’s called Neighbor2Neighbor (N2N). We believe it’ll be an absolute game changer in some of the closest House, Senate, and presidential battlegrounds, and we need your help to start deploying it where it’s most needed.  What is Neighbor2Neighbor? Neighbor2Neighbor relies on a lot of data, behavioral science research, engineering, and field testing, but the beauty is really its simplicity:  A volunteer signs up on a simple web page.  They are given a script and assigned ten doors of target voters in their neighborhood  They knock the doors on their own time and have 1:1 conversations about the stakes of the election  That’s it.  No seriously, that’s it. There’s no app to download. No account setup required. We help activists find neighbors who share their values but might not vote every election, and they have a pleasant conversation. And if they want ten more doors, they can sign up for ten more doors.  Why it works (it’s better for volunteers) Traditional canvassing gives volunteers a long list of strangers. Neighbor2Neighbor gives volunteers a short list of neighbors. This simple inversion makes our program TWICE as effective.  How is that possible? Well, if you’ve ever done a traditional canvassing shift, you know it often involves driving a long distance, spending hours walking unfamiliar streets, and knocking on the doors of a lot of people who aren’t home. Conversely, with Neighbor2Neighbor:  Volunteers are able to reach every assigned door because they can circle back on their own time.  Volunteers are asked to talk to people who share a baseline commonality: their neighborhood. This makes the voter contact a LOT less awkward and a lot more conversational. Also, we only give doors of folks who are likely to be politically aligned.  The simple, app-free user experience for volunteers lowers the barrier to entry. People have hectic lives and have a hard time doing a four-hour canvassing shift. N2N volunteers can do a few minutes a day without having to conquer new technology or remember database logins.  So this program is great for volunteers. How great? Here’s a testimonial from a NY-03 group leader who used N2N earlier this year to help flip George Santos’s seat blue:  “N2N is by far the best and most effective canvassing experience any of our volunteers have had. It’s also such a reasonable ask for anyone with a life.” Why it works (it’s better for getting through to voters) If you’re following politics closely, you’re probably hearing a lot about the so-called “double haters” who’ll decide this election. They’re people who aren’t super excited about either candidate, are largely disaffected with politics in general at the moment, and are distrustful of the media (they aren’t alone: trust in corporate media is at an all-time low). A lot of them actually share our values broadly but aren’t paying super close attention to what Biden has done or what’s at stake in November.   The diffusion of media (people cutting the cable and opting for streaming) has already made it difficult for campaigns to reach voters through traditional means. The double hater issue means that even if campaigns get through to voters, a lot of them won’t be receptive to the message.  But people are receptive to outreach from people they know or have personal connections with. Study after study has shown the persuasive power of these 1:1 conversations to break through where other tactics can’t.  Not only does this program capitalize on community ties between neighbors, but it also offers a new way for progressives to forge personal relationships in their communities. Some folks withdraw from political involvement when they feel isolated. Early volunteers have recounted how they -- and the people they speak with -- are often surprised by just how many like-minded, pro-democracy people they have in their orbit. That’s good for this election -- and it will pay dividends in future organizing. Just how well does it work?  Sorry to repeat ourselves here, but we’re darn proud of this: An independent study of our pilot program in 15 congressional races found Neighbor2Neighbor to be twice as effective as traditional canvassing, and more effective than TV ads, yard signs, phonebanking, or any other tactic tested.  The analysis showed it has a 1.1% effect on voter turnout. That might seem like a tiny number, but here are some *actual* tiny numbers for comparison:  The 2020 margin in Arizona? .3% The 2020 margin in Georgia? .2% The 2020 margin in Wisconsin? .6% So, for the nerds who really study this stuff, a 1.1% increase is HUGE.  This answer is for general knowledge and is not a complete and comprehensive definition.

A REFUGEE, by definition, is an Individual who seeks to move or live in another Country or Jurisdiction, because of Traumatic, Destructive, or Inhumane conditions that exist in their current place of Residence, be it a Region or Country.

A Refugee- Seeks Sanctuary or Asylum to alleviate the suffering that specific living conditions in their current place of habitation or residence are causing them.

Refugee status, if allowed, does not grant Individual Citizenship. It is generally a HUMANITARIAN GESTURE TO AID THOSE LIVING IN INTOLERABLE CONDITIONS, TO BE ALLOWED SANCTUARY UNTIL THE CONDITIONS THAT CAUSED THEIR CHOOSING TO LEAVE ARE ALLEVIATED OR ENDED.

The cause(s) for seeking Refugee or Asylum status could be events such as Change of Government, War or Domestic Strife, Natural Disasters, Famine, or Pestilence.

Can a Refugee become a Resident or Legal Immigrant? Yes, but that is a different process, and is not automatic. A different set of Rules and Standards apply.

WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING MARCH, 19th- MARCH, 30th,2024.

My attendance at the AMERICAN PHILOSOPHICAL ASSOCIATION PACIFIC CONFERENCE (PORTLAND OREGON.), and an extended vacation in the State of OREGON has resulted in a lack of material published in the couple of weeks. I'm looking to get back to work on a regular basis.

The Conference was well organized and the presentation of the Papers was well done. The sessions I attended consisted of a Chairperson, Main Speaker, and a Commentator. This was followed by comments and questions from the audience. The Topics represented a wide range within the Discipline of Philosophy. I was able to attend sessions on 3 Days during the 4 Day Conference. This included the Fields of Ethics, Logic, and Political Philosophy.

Unfortunately, I arrived in Portland quite under the weather, (Pre-Existing condition, not communicable), and fought the "Flare-Up" all during my stay and return. This resulted in my not attending any of the "SOCIAL" Events held during the conference. 

The rest of my Vacation was spent with my Sister and Brother-in- Law who live in EUGENE. I got to visit the campus of the Univ. of OREGON, as well as their Natural History Museum, and Art Museum. (Well worth it). Also, got a view of Autzen Stadium, home of Ducks Football. Beautiful Stadium.

My final visit was to a Museum in Portland called the "PECULARIUM", "FREAKY BUT TRUE." I would disagree with the "...but true..." statement as an absolute, but it was very entertaining.

A trip to the Coast was a treat, an awesome view. (The Inclimate Weather prevented many pictures from outside the car).

All in All, a nice trip with a Conference that was everything I expected, PORTLAND is a Major Metropolitan City with Museums, Sites, and Trips to keep you occupied for Days, and EUGENE is a smaller more suburban city that is Welcoming and Well Laid Out that offers its own set of activities.

(One thing I never realized, but observation caused me to notice one thing: The number of Sheep Ranches that are present, especially on our trip from EUGENE to the Coast. This is in no way a criticism, OREGONS Landscape, from TALL TIMBERS, The COAST, The MOUNTAINS could be Breathtaking. IT SHOULD GO WITHOUT SAYING, BUT MY INTERACTION WITH THE CITIZENS OF OREGON WAS ALMOST UNIVERSALLY PLEASANT, A VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL POPULACE.

As you go through the MUELLER REPORT, there is one very important detail that must be acknowledged: IT IS THE STORY OF TWO INVESTIGATIONS. Why do I say this? BECAUSE CONCLUSIONS DRAWN WERE NOT ARRIVED AT BY THE SAME PROCESS,WITH JUST ONE AGENCY, DEPARTMENT OR INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING EACH EVENT, AND THE VALUE OF THE CORRESPONDING EVIDENCE.

WHAT DO I MEAN? CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING EXCERPTS, TAKEN

The Russian government interfered in the 2016 presidential election in sweeping and systematic fashion. Evidence of Russian government operations began to surface in mid-2016. 

As set forth in detail in this report, the Special Counsel's investigation established that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election principally through two operations.

First, a Russian entity carried out a social media campaign that favored presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaged presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. 

RUSSIAN SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN.

Internet Research Agency (IRA) carried out the earliest Russian interference operations identified by the investigation. A social media campaign designed to provoke and amplify political and social discord in the United States.

- The IRA was based in St. Petersburg, Russia, and received funding from Russian oligarch Yevgeniy Prigozhin and companies he controlled. Pri ozhin is widely reported to have ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin. HARM TO ONGOING MATTER.

- The campaign evolved from a generalized program designed in 2014 and 2015 to undermine the U.S. electoral system, to a targeted operation that by early 2016 favored candidate Trump and disparaged candidate Clinton. 

- The IRA later used social media accounts and interest groups to sow discord in the U.S. political system through what it termed "information warfare." 

 The IRA' s operation also included the purchase of political advertisements on social media in the names of U.S. persons and entities, as well as the staging of political rallies inside the United States. To organize those rallies, IRA employees posed as U.S. grassroots entities and persons and made contact with Trump supporters and Trump Campaign officials in the United States.

Second, a Russian intelligence service conducted computer-intrusion operations against entities, employees, and volunteers working on the Clinton Campaign and then released the stolen documents. 

RUSSIAN HACKING OPERATIONS.

At the same time that the IRA operation began to focus ·on supporting candidate Trump in early 2016, the Russian government employed a second form of interference: cyber intrusions (hacking) and releases of hacked materials damaging to the Clinton Campaign. The Russian intelligence service known as the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Army (GRU) carried out these operations. In March 2016, the GRU began hacking the email accounts of Clinton Campaign. 


In March 2016, the GRU began hacking the email accounts of Clinton Campaign volunteers and employees....the GRU hacked into the computer networks of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC). The GRU stole hundreds of thousands of documents from the compromised email accounts and networks. Around the time that the DNC announced in mid-June 2016 the Russian government's role in hacking its network, the GRU began disseminating stolen materials through the fictitious online personas "DCLeaks" and "Guccifer 2.0." The GRU later released additional materials through the organization WikiLeaks. 

The presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump ("Trump Campaign" or "Campaign") showed interest in WikiLeaks' s releases of documents and welcomed their Potential to damage candidate Clinton. Beginning in June 2016, HARM TO ONGOING MATTER forecast to senior Campaign officials that WikiLeaks would release information damaging to candidate Clinton. WikiLeaks' s first release came in July 2016. 



Now, the Investigation into the above 2 categories provided enough evidence to the committee that
made them confident in drawing definite conclusions, and in some cases, filing Criminal Charges. I will cover these in more depth at a later time, but there is one more category to cover. What you read below may seem to be a part of the RUSSIAN HACKING OPERATION...

...BUT THERE IS ONE MAJOR DIFFERENCE.


EXCERPTS FROM THE BODY OF THE TEXT.

In addition to targeting individuals involved in the Clinton Campaign, GRU officers also targeted individuals and entities involved in the administration of the elections. Victims included U.S. state and local entities, such as state boards of elections (SBOEs), secretaries of state, and county governments, as well as individuals who worked for those entities. 186 The GRU also targeted private technology firms responsible for manufacturing and administering election-related software and hardware, such as voter registration software and electronic polling stations.187 The GRU continued to target these victims through the elections in November 2016. While the investigation identified evidence that the GRU targeted these individuals and entities, the Office did not investigate further. The Office did not, for instance, obtain or examine servers or other relevant items belonging to these victims. The Office understands that the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the states have separately investigated that activity. 

By at least the summer of 2016, GRU officers sought access to state and local computer networks by exploiting known software vulnerabilities on websites of state and local governmental entities. GRU officers, for example, targeted state and local databases of registered voters using a technique known as "SQL injection," by which malicious code was sent to the state or local website in order to run commands (such as exfiltrating the database contents). 188 In one instance in approximately June 2016, the GRU compromised the computer network of the Illinois State Board of Elections by exploiting a vulnerability in the SBOE's website. The GRU then gained access to a database containing information on millions of registered Illinois voters, 189 and extracted data related to thousands of U.S. voters before the malicious activity was identified.

GRU officers INVESTIGATIVE TECHNIQUE scanned state and local websites for vunerabilities. For example, over a two day period in july 2016, GRU OFFICERS INVESTIGATVE TECHNIQUE
for vulnerabilities on websites of two dozen states. INVESTIGATIVE TECHNIQUE.

Unit 74455 also sent spearphishing emails to public officials involved in election
administration and personnel at companies involved in voting technology. In August 2016, GRU officers targeted employees of **** ,a voting technology company that developed software used by numerous U.S. counties to manage voter rolls, and installed malware on the company network. Similarly, in November 2016, the GRU sent spearphishing emails to over 120 email accounts used by Florida county officials responsible for administering the 2016 U.S. election. 191 The spearphishing emails contained an attached Word document coded with malicious software (commonly referred to as a Trojan) that permitted the GRU to access the infected computer.192 The FBI was separately responsible for this investigation. We understand the FBI believes that this operation enabled the GRU to gain access to the network of at least one Florida county government. The Office did not independently verify that belief and, as explained above, did not undertake the investigative steps that would have been necessary to do so.



The Hacking operations that included the following:

- Individuals and entities involved in the administration of the elections.

- U.S. state and local entities, such as state boards of elections (SBOEs), secretaries of state, and county governments, as well 
as individuals who worked for those entities.

- Private technology firms responsible for manufacturing and administering election-related software and hardware, such

WHY?

Well this answers the question: "Who is exonerated by the Mueller Report?"
ANSWER: NO ONE. The Evaluation of the
most important information regarding fraud in 
the 2016 election was not part of their 
responsibility. They couldn't exonerate anyone
even if they wanted to.

No doubt, most all of us have worried about those extra pounds that add unwanted dimensions to our bodies. This seems especially true the older we get.  However, to often people are unwilling to put in the Time, Effort or Discipline it takes to trim down, and add muscle to replace fat.  That is a dilemma the Con- Man has been willing to exploit for generations.  As has happened throughout the years, a new group of aging adults is falling for the same type of Hocus- Pocus their Parents and Grandparents fell for. 

Unfortunately, sometimes we see things as they could be, and ignore what they actually are.

First lets look at some common Terminology you may encounter.

Dietitian vs Nutritionist-  A Dietitian is a Licensed, Board Certified and Formally Educated Individual Legally recognized as an expert in their field.  A Nutritionist is required to have no specific education or training.  This does not mean that a Nutritionist is completely unqualified to advise you, just be diligent and check Background and Accreditation.

Cleansing Diets -  You can dress it up any way you want, but these diets are just another form of FASTING. Eliminating or Drastically cutting back the intake of Foods, and replacing them with Water, Special "Drinks", Pills etc are Decades old Lures that differ only in the Names of the Products and Diet Plans being offered for sale.

Naturopathy-  Lies in the category of Alternative Medicine. It is not based on evidence that passes scrutiny using the Scientific Method, and seems to rely only on Faith and Belief.  Any assertions made by those practicing Naturopathy have no basis in reality, because they have not been accurately tested and studied under proper clinical conditions.

"All Natural" or "Organic"-  If you find a claim that is emphasizing either of these two terms as a reason for success, don't buy in.  They are Buzzwords that have nothing to do with weight loss, and are used for Marketing purposes.

There is one thing, probably more than anything else, that has held Back Progressives from Achieving Electoral Success on a Regular Basis. Care to Guess?  It is an Internal, Self- Inflicted Mindset that Conservatives, especially Tea Party Candidates, have used on a regular basis.

IT IS THE FAILURE OF PROGRESSIVES AND LIBERALS TO STAND TOGETHER.  TO OFTEN, GROUPS THAT PROCLAIM THEMSELVES AS PROGRESSIVE, EXIST AS ONE OR TWO ISSUE GROUPS.  THE REASONING THAT LED TO CREATING AND ORGANIZING OTHER LIKE- MINDED INDIVIDUALS TO PASS LEGISLATION AND ELECT SYMPATHETIC CANDIDATES, IS NOT CARRIED OVER INTO OTHER AREAS.

It is Astonishing to Listen to a "PROGRESSIVE VOTER", Who sees an Injustice and Wants to Affect a Change in the Law to Remedy this Iniquity, Refusing to use the Same Thought Process if it Deals with an Issue That Doesn't Appeal to Them Directly.

Unfortunately, this Lack of a Consistent Line of Moral Guidelines that are NOT UNIVERSAL IN NATURE, SETS PROGRESSIVES AGAINST ONE ANOTHER, AND BREEDS RESENTMENT THAT LEADS TO ELECTORAL FAILURE.

I have heard the Argument that concludes with the-  "...They are not all the same. Social,Economic, and Other Domestic Agenda Issues Deal with Different Problems, and Need Different Solutions."

That may be, but it Doesn't Explain or Solve the UNDERLYING PROBLEM THEY ALL HAVE IN COMMON; INEQUALITY UNDER THE LAW, WHETHER IT IS...

-  UNFAIR LABOR OR WAGE PRACTICES.

-  ELIGIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY FOR 

GOVERNMENT FUNDS TO ADDRESS HARDSHIP,

IN ALL ITS FORMS.

-   FAIR TREATMENT GIVEN TO ALL COMPETENT

ADULTS REGARDING MARRIAGE LAW.

-  ENSURING EQUAL TREATMENT IN A COURT OF 

LAW, WHERE THE SIZE OF YOUR WALLET DOESN'T 

= THE AMOUNT OF JUSTICE YOU'LL RECEIVE.

...MEANS THAT ONE PERSON IS GIVEN AN ADVANTAGE, HELPING HAND, 

OR JUST AN OPEN DOOR, THAT SOMEONE ELSE IS NOT.

TO OFTEN PROGRESSIVES/LIBERALS WHO SEEK TO IDENTIFY AND

CHANGE INEQUALITY UNDER THE LAW ON ISSUES THAT MATTER TO 

THE INDIVIDUAL, FAIL TO CARRY THE MINDSET OF CRITICAL THINKING 

AND ANALYSIS INTO OTHER AREAS OF PUBLIC POLICY.

WHO IS THE WINNER WHEN THIS HAPPENS?
