DAVID – when the Supreme Court upheld
partisan gerrymandering, we knew it wouldn’t take long for the GOP to
seize the moment and further manipulate maps, undermine the will of
voters, and block fair districts.
Now, after losing reelection in Wisconsin,
gerrymandering’s number one fan Scott Walker has a new hobby to keep
him busy: subverting the will of Michigan voters. He’s working to block
the creation of an independent redistricting commission that Michigan
voters overwhelmingly voted into law last year. He’ll stop at NOTHING
to use partisan gerrymandering to manipulate the system and win
elections!
That’s why our Unrig The Map program is
leading the charge to fight back. But we urgently need your help to get
25,000 more signatures nationwide. Will you join
me and add your name to end partisan gerrymandering?

This spring, a district court ordered that 24
districts in Michigan be redrawn due to extreme partisan
gerrymandering. But SCOTUS’s controversial decision
undercuts that ruling and opens Michigan and states across the
country up to further attempts to manipulate the system. We cannot let that happen.
SIGN ON: We
need 457 signatures from 02771 to end partisan gerrymandering!

It’s my job to make sure the DGA is prepared to protect – and expand –
the number of Democratic governors from coast to coast. And with
self-serving Republican governors and state legislatures working to use
partisan gerrymandering to exploit our broken political system, it has
never been more important to secure Democratic victories.
Last cycle, we won SEVEN redistricting target states with our Unrig the
Map program! Now we’re launching an all-out offensive to put Democratic governors in
charge in five key states ahead of the 2020 census and redistricting.
If we can win these races and secure fair maps, Democrats can deal a
crushing blow to Trump’s dangerous agenda. But that all depends on what
we do right now. Please, speak
out now before it’s too late: Add your name to stop to partisan
gerrymandering!
Thank you for taking action on this important issue.
