We refuse to let up on demanding gun
reform, David.
Last week, 18,000 people signed our petition to demand a ban on assault
weapons and high-capacity magazines, but we still need 7,000 signers to
meet our goal.

It’s not enough for us to only talk about
gun reform in the days immediately following another national tragedy. We
have to continue to fight to ensure our families are safe.
Weapons of war do not belong on our streets -- and anyone who says this is
too tough a challenge to take on is lying.
That’s why we’re rallying behind someone we know can get assault weapons
and high-capacity magazines out of our communities. We know that Joe Biden
has beaten the NRA twice and he will do it again as president.
But we can’t waste any time -- for the sake of our families, we must
continue to demand gun reform and call for an immediate ban on all assault
weapons and high-capacity magazines.
