If there is one thing that has always puzzled me, given the degree of importance they usually play in justifying specific actions, (or inactions), when dealing with matters of a Political Nature, it is the blind acceptance of the Truth of Assertions made in categories such as...
- STATISTICS.
(INCLUDES PERCENTAGES, NUMBERS AND FIGURES,
FINANCES, AND, OF COURSE, VOTE TOTALS/ELECTION RESULTS)
- PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
- LAW. (WORDING AND INTERPRETATION).
- AUTOMATIC ASSUMPTION THAT AN AUTHORITY
FIGURE CANNOT BE QUESTIONED OR DOUBTED.
...that are not properly checked for TRUTH AND VALIDITY,
EVEN BY THOSE WHO ARE AFFECTED NEGATIVELY.
THIS INCLUDES AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ELECTED
OFFICIALS etc; WHO HAVE A LEGAL/MORAL DUTY TO ACT
ON BEHALF OF OTHERS.
There is no excuse for any INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP TO ACCEPT ANY
CONCLUSIONS IN THE ABOVE CATEGORIES WITHOUT CLEAR
AND UNDERSTANDABLE REASONS THAT CAN BE CHECKED AND
PROPERLY VERIFIED, AND WITH THE PREMISES AND CONCLUSIONS
FORMING A LOGICALLY VALID ARGUMENT.
