No, they are not. However, Fascists protect their own.
Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Pol Pot, Amin., etc were not brought to power by Decent Caring Humanitarians, but by those whose Self-Centered motives cared nothing for the Fate and Welfare of others. In the U.S. we call them Trumpians.
