Ukraine now celebrates May 8 as the Day of Remembrance. The poster says ‘We defeated Nazism, we’ll defeat Rashism’.
When I was growing up we were taught in school that WWII lasted from 1941 to 1945.
It’s nice to see Ukrainian posters with the right dates.

MY RESPONSE:
WRONG: WW2 began on Sept 1 1939, with Germany invading Poland. England and France declared war because of this. The USSR also invaded Poland, and split the country up with Germany. This dissection of Poland was done by countries run from Berlin- Hitler and Moscow- Stalin.
...AND NOW WE HAVE A DIFFERENT LEADER IN MOSCOW, ORDERING THE INVASION OF ANOTHER SOVEREIGN NATION.
