A win for free speech. A federal judge barred the Biden Admin from pushing Big Tech to censor speech they don't like. Social media companies cannot be allowed to silence opposing views. I signed a law in 2021 to ban social media censorship in Texas.

MY RESPONSE:

So every Social Media site has to publish every: - Lie. - Bogus Data. - False Accusation. - Hate Speech. Because it's your opinion. No one is preventing them from publishing that material, but that doesn't mean everyone else has to put it on their site. How come FOX ignores this?

Government is not punishing them for publishing their opinion, but FREE SPEECH DOES NOT REQUIRE EVERYONE ELSE TO REPEAT IT. DOES ABBOT BELIEVE THAT FOX, NEWSMAX, OR EPOCH HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PUBLISH OPPOSING VIEWS? THEY ARE ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA, AND HAVE INTERACTIVE PAGES. FASCISTS HATE WHEN FACTS GET IN THE WAY OF A GOOD LIE.
