Adolph Hitler had little formal education. Joseph Goebbels had a PHD. Fascism does not need Intellectual Leadership, just the Hate and Irrationality of the Sociopath, and the Ignorance and Bigotry of unthinking followers.

Stop trying to Equate Intellect with Morality. It's as irrational as Religious Faith=Good Person. They are not equivalent terms.
