Do you Believe that the Federal Government has a Moral Responsibility to Provide, or Subsidize, Medical Insurance for every American, (Unable to attain it Through Private Sources), to Alleviate Financial Hardship, or should Such Aid be Restricted to Specific Groups?

If Restricted, to which groups, and why?

When it was First Introduced as a Bill that could become Law, did you Support its Passage or not?

If Yes-  Why?
                    The Reasons that you did, or did not Support the ACA., were They
                     Based on Moral, Political or Economic Considerations? ( It can be more than one.)
If No-  Why?

For you to consider the ACA a Success, what conditions must be met?

Do you believe it can never be a success, for it Violates Certain Moral or Legal 
Standards?  If so, which ones, and why?

Since Becoming Law, would you say the ACA has been:

-  A Major Success, with only small changes needed to make it even better.

-  A Qualified Success, with Weaknesses that should be addressed in the 
   next Session of Congress.

-  A Major Mistake, Terminate it Immediately, it's Beyond Help.

-  Mostly Unsuccessful, with Major Changes Needed ASAP.

the ACA?
