Climate change is real and we here in Virginia are uniquely vulnerable to the rising seas and extreme weather that scientists say will only get worse in the coming decades. As a matter of fact, we’re already seeing the effects of climate change here in the Commonwealth, especially in Hampton Roads.

But it’s not too late to chart another course.

Unfortunately, President Trump and his enablers in Congress and the oil and gas industries seem intent on doing all they can to block any meaningful progress.

That’s why you have to make your voice heard. Stand with me and demand action to address climate change NOW!

As your Attorney General, I’m doing all I can to fight climate change and Trump’s policies that will make it worse. I’m pushing back on Trump’s efforts to roll back environmental protections, and I’m standing up for clean air and clean water.

But what we need more than anything right now is for every American to say with a clear voice: ACT NOW ON CLIMATE CHANGE!

With a new Democratic Congress, we have a chance to do something historic that will make the world safer, cleaner and healthier for our kids and grandkids. Make your voice heard, and help make it happen.
