I’m going to start with the big ask -- volunteering the last weekend before the election -- and then share two opportunities to help if you have an hour, or just a few minutes to spare from home. Help in the most critical last weekend: Volunteer for The Last Weekend with Swing Left Studies show that the most effective way to get someone to vote is to talk with them, face-to-face, in the last few days before the election. That's why Swing Left -- together with a grassroots coalition of 60 other progressive organizations -- is asking people like us to commit to volunteer in person in our closest swing district between November 3rd and November 6th.
