A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF CHRISTIAN FASCISM. PART 4.

 

From ARTICLE 6 OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be Required as a Qualification To any Office or public Trust under the United States.

As you can see from the passage, Article 6 prohibits the creation of any Law or Regulation that forces any Elected Official to pass a test that is designed to pass Judgment on their Religious Faith or Beliefs as a requirement to assume Office.

Of course the Fascist Party of America/GOP is counting on Corrupt and Incompetent Judges to circumvent this part of the Constitution. ( Which is essential to their goal of destroying our Republic, and replacing it with a Fascist Dictatorship. Treason and Rigging elections don't hinder them, so why would ending Religious Freedom be a problem?)

How do we know this to be true? Consider this;

When you hear "Judges" adapting their rulings to the Religious Morals of a particular group, it is usually taken from the Far-Right Mentality of forcing a personal set of Ethics based on a purely subjective interpretation of Christian Scripture. Whose you say? It doesn't matter because a Dictatorship picks and chooses its own Allies and Flunkies. So whichever set of Religious Fanatics suits their needs at the time. It is the Job of the Hand Picked Judges to make sure their wishes are carried out.

As I have previously pointed out there is not a single Word or Phrase contained in the Body of the U.S. CONSTITUTION THAT INDICATES THAT THE FOUNDING FATHERS WANTED TO TURN THE NEW COUNTRY INTO A THEOCRACY, CHRISTIAN OR NOT. SO HOW ARE THEY TRYING TO GET AROUND IT?

THEY ARE CREATING LAW AND PUBLIC POLICY NOT BY FORCING ELECTED OFFICIALS TO MEET ANY CONSTITUTIONAL STANDARD, BUT BY REQUIRING LAWS TO MEET THEIR PERSONAL SET OF MORAL GUIDELINES.

THE CONSTITUTION AND LEGAL PRECEDENT ARE NOT THE SOURCES FOR CREATING LEGAL STANDARDS, THEY ARE.
