HOW IS SUSPECT CAUGHT?- CALLS LOCAL POLICE TO TURN HIMSELF IN, 

FOR A CRIME HE HAS THOUGHT ABOUT COMMITTING.

GOP SOLUTION : WE NEED TO INCREASE PROTECTION FOR SUPREME COURT JUSTICES.

So, if we can change the law, and allow 12 year olds to sit on the SCOTUS, at least the GOP will make sure that particular Child is well protected from a crime that has never been committed.
