Todays Headline: On Thursday,1/13/2022 the US Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the Biden administration cannot move forward with its COVID-19 vaccine-or-test requirement for large workplaces. 

So how did the Majority of  6-3 against President Biden come about? Well, if you have a sitting U.S. Senator in office prior to 2016 a reprint of certain articles should answer that question.

Where do I Begin:

- Of the 4 Victors, only one was elected with less % and # of the popular vote, than the defeated candidate. (Trump, 2016). 

Hillary Clinton beat Donald Trump by almost 3 million votes in 2016, and by 2.09% of the total votes cast. In fact, Hillary Clintons share of the popular vote was higher than that of the Republican Candidates IN ANY OF THE 4 ELECTIONS.

Even though she won the % and # vote totals in 2016, Hillary Clinton carried the least number of states, (20), of all 8 candidates. This also means that even though her % of the National Vote was higher than all 4 Republican Candidates, she carried less states than they did. 

- That the Candidate with the 2nd least share of the popular vote, (OF THE EIGHT LISTED), carried more states than anyone else. (Trump, 2016). 

Barack Obama received 52.9% of the popular vote in 2008, almost 7% more than Donald Trump did in 2016, (46.09%), yet Trump carried two more states.

- The Republican candidate who received the highest % of the National Vote was Mitt Romney in 2012. 47.2% to Trumps 46.09% and 46.9%.

- In fact, John McCains % of the total vote, 45.7% in 2008,was only about 0.4% less than Trumps 46.09% in 2016, yet he carried only 22 states.

- Finally, that Bidens Victory over Trump in 2020, was greater than Obamas

Victory over Romney in 2012.
