IN RESPONSE TO THE ANTI-SEMITES ON FACEBOOK. (UPDATE)

Since this War has begun, I have evaluated the actions of HAMAS AND THE NATION STATE OF ISRAEL IN TERMS OF TWO SEPERATE AND DISTINCT FORMS OF GOVERNMENT IMPLEMENTING POLICY. This has nothing to do with any FORM OF FAITH THAT EITHER ENTITY MAY ADHERE TO. How the Civil Population chooses to express their Faith within the boundaries of each recognized Zone of Legal authority is a matter to be addressed by the form of Government found within each. HOWEVER, WHEN THE ACTIONS OF EITHER GOVERNMENT  EXTEND BEYOND THEIR BORDERS IT BECOMES AN INTERNATIONAL MATTER, NOT AN INTERIOR ONE. You do not have to be Jewish to criticize the actions of HAMAS, and you do not have to be an ANTI-SEMITE TO BE CRITICAL OF ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BE THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT DURING THE CONFLICT. TRUE ANTI-SEMITES ARE ATTACKING THE NATION OF ISRAEL BECAUSE OF THE FAITH FOUND THERE, AND PROJECTING THAT AS A WAY TO CONDEMN ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE GOVERNMENT.

AS I SAID BEFORE, THIS WAR WAS SIMPLY AN ATTEMPT TO CREATE CHAOS, TURNING THE REGION INTO A GIGANTIC WAR ZONE FROM WHICH FASCISTS AND ANARCHISTS COULD BENEFIT. THE BLOOD AND THE BODY COUNT ARE ALL THAT MATTERS, AS LONG AS YOU CAN FIND A SCAPEGOAT WHO WILL BE IN THE WRONG NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO.

From ARTICLE 6 OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be Required as a Qualification To any Office or public Trust under the United States.

As you can see from the passage, Article 6 prohibits the creation of any Law or Regulation that forces any Elected Official to pass a test that is designed to pass Judgment on their Religious Faith or Beliefs as a requirement to assume Office.

Of course the Fascist Party of America/GOP is counting on Corrupt and Incompetent Judges to circumvent this part of the Constitution. ( Which is essential to their goal of destroying our Republic, and replacing it with a Fascist Dictatorship. Treason and Rigging elections don't hinder them, so why would ending Religious Freedom be a problem?)

How do we know this to be true? Consider this;

When you hear "Judges" adapting their rulings to the Religious Morals of a particular group, it is usually taken from the Far-Right Mentality of forcing a personal set of Ethics based on a purely subjective interpretation of Christian Scripture. Whose you say? It doesn't matter because a Dictatorship picks and chooses its own Allies and Flunkies. So whichever set of Religious Fanatics suits their needs at the time. It is the Job of the Hand Picked Judges to make sure their wishes are carried out.

As I have previously pointed out there is not a single Word or Phrase contained in the Body of the U.S. CONSTITUTION THAT INDICATES THAT THE FOUNDING FATHERS WANTED TO TURN THE NEW COUNTRY INTO A THEOCRACY, CHRISTIAN OR NOT. SO HOW ARE THEY TRYING TO GET AROUND IT?

THEY ARE CREATING LAW AND PUBLIC POLICY NOT BY FORCING ELECTED OFFICIALS TO MEET ANY CONSTITUTIONAL STANDARD, BUT BY REQUIRING LAWS TO MEET THEIR PERSONAL SET OF MORAL GUIDELINES.

THE CONSTITUTION AND LEGAL PRECEDENT ARE NOT THE SOURCES FOR CREATING LEGAL STANDARDS, THEY ARE.

It's a sign of the Times the type of "PATRIOTS" er...FASCISTS that will use LIES AND VULGARITY to Demean and Drag one of this Countries greatest Traditions into the Gutter they inhabit.

On Dec. 10, 2023, a video was circulated on social media, allegedly showing a crowd at an Army-Navy footgame chanting "F*ck Joe Biden" about the U.S. president. The footage was shared on various platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, YouTube, iFunny and Instagram. "Ya ears are hearing you correct 'F*ck Joe Biden' being cheered at the Army Navy game. There’s no way Joe Biden wins re-election unless they cheat for him," one post on X read.

It turned out to be a Doctored and Fraudulent Video.

In fact, the original video from the event did not include the in-question chant. Shazam, an app that helps identify music based on a short sample, revealed that a song was playing in the background: "Martin Garrix Animals vs Tsunami" remix.

On Facebook you come across FASCIST ANTI-SEMITES TRYING TO BLAME THE ENTIRE ISRAEL- HAMAS WAR ON THE IDF ALONE, AND ACCUSE PRESIDENT BIDEN AS BEING IN LEAGUE WITH THEM. HERE IS PART OF MY RESPONSE:

...I forget, who committed an act of war against a sovereign nation with no declaration? Who seized Civilian Non-Combatants as a shield? Which side conducts combat operations among their own Non-Combatants, and then blames the other side for trying to neutralize the Military Forces that initiated the War? This is a War between Hamas and the State of Israel, not the Palestinian People. If Hamas can give a Valid and Rational Reason of how this War was to benefit the Civil Population of Gaza, I would love to hear it.

Does this mean that Israel has no Humanitarian Responsibility in trying to Decrease Civilian Casualties? Of Course not. However, A Ceasefire requires BOTH SIDES TO SUSPEND MILITARY OPERATIONS, NOT JUST ONE. I offered what I believe to be a Rational Temporary Solution to the problem of reducing Casualties among Civilian/Non-Combatants in a previous post on the topic of the ISRAEL-HAMAS WAR.
