BEWARE ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR.

 As my readers know, I recently took a trip to GETTYSBURG. Instead of flying, I rented a car for a week with ENTERPRISE LOCATED IN MY HOMETOWN OF SEEKONK, MA.

I paid and accepted the fee for the Rental, but was informed that a 300.00 deposit was required in addition, which would be returned to me after I dropped the car off at the end of the rental.

Well, weeks later and I have still not been refunded the 300.00 even though I have contacted the agency several times.

In addition, they charged me for a Bridge Toll Fee that I never went through. The only one I used was paid in cash at the location.

Naturally, I have disputed these charges on my Credit Card, but that does not excuse Deceptive and possibly fraudulent business practices.

SO BE CAREFUL.

It is time to pull away the Blinders and see the REPUBLICAN TAX PLAN FOR WHAT IT REALLY IS- A CHANCE TO BRING TOGETHER TWO SEPARATE IDEOLOGIES THAT ARE AFTER THE SAME THING: TO HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER THE LIVES OF ALL AMERICANS, FINANCIALLY, ETHICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY.  IT IS THE TOTALITARIAN DREAM THAT FAVORS THE FEW, AT THE EXPENSE OF THE MANY.

Consider the following; What do we know about DONALD TRUMP THE POLITICIAN, IN TERMS OF WHERE HIS SUPPORT LIES;

1.  Those who favor BIG TAX BENEFITS FOR CORPORATE AMERICA, AND KEEPING THE COUNTRIES WEALTH IN THE HANDS OF THE FEW. NO UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, AND FEW REGULATIONS THAT PROTECT THE CONSUMER.

2. Those who believe in the SOCIAL HIERARCHY THAT FAVORS SPECIFIC GROUPS, AND PERSECUTES OTHERS. FREEDOM OF RELIGION, SPEECH, OR ASSEMBLY etc., ARE NO LONGER RIGHTS UNIVERSALLY APPLIED TO ALL, BUT ARE GIVEN HANDED OUT AS PRIVILEGES BY THOSE WHO CARE LITTLE FOR CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES.

Before you answer, think about it, carefully. When you look at those Politicians who favor TRUMPS
ECONOMIC POLICIES THE MOST, WHAT IS THE GENERAL MAKE UP OF THE 
CONSTITUENCIES THEY REPRESENT. Do they have ...

-...a Higher Standard of Living, when compared
to the rest of the Nation?

-...a Population with a High Percentage having
Medical Coverage, when compared to other States?

-...Wage Standards above the Minimum required by 
Federal Law, that are Adjusted for Inflation or
Economic Necessity?

-...a Public School System that emphasizes the disciplines of Science 
and Logic, whether or not they disagree with Religious Faith?

If we find that some States are consistently located at the lower end 
of the Spectrum, and are represented by Politicians who support
Economic Policies that do not address these problems, we must ask
the question: WHY ARE THEY ELECTED, AND REELECTED,
TIME AFTER TIME?

It is a simple question: How have States represented by Trumpian Fascists, at the State or Federal Level, done for their CONSTITUENTS in the past?

- What is the Standard of Living?

- The Level of Proper Medical Care?

- Decent Educational Standards?

- Wages and Levels of Poverty?

When you listen to Trump and the Fascist Party of America/GOP Economic Policies, are you just getting the same old "TRICKLE DOWN THEORY" repackaged to convince the average voter that they actually care what happens to them? I THINK YOU WILL FIND IT IS A RESOUNDING YES. CARING IS LIMITED TO THE THOSE WHO ALREADY HAVE WEALTH, SINCE THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO MATTER TO TRUMPIANS.

WHAT IS A "SECULAR STATE?" I OFFERED THE FOLLOWING SHORT ANSWER TO A QUESTION THAT WAS ASKED ON QUORA.COM.

 

A “SECULAR STATE” in general, is a form of Government that does not allow Religious Faith or Dogma to be the basis for its Social or Legal System.

That does not mean that there is no RELIGIOUS FREEDOM, but that FREEDOM is for personal Worship, and is not ALLOWED TO BECOME PUBLIC POLICY.

A System of ETHICS AND MORAL ABSOLUTES IS CREATED APART FROM FAITH BASED SYSTEMS. WHY? RELIGIOUS FAITH, BY ITS VERY NATURE, IS ACCEPTED WITHOUT QUESTION. There is no need to justify it to others, for the belief itself is not questioned by the individual.

Certain Concepts, such as the Idea of HUMAN OR CITIZEN RIGHTS, MANIFESTED IN LAWS THAT CREATE SUCH ETHICAL “GOODS” as Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Choice, Freedom to Assemble.,etc, cannot be guaranteed, or in some cases even allowed, IN A FAITH-BASED SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT.

QUITE SIMPLY, IN A SECULAR STATE ALL EXISTING LAWS CAN BE CREATED OR ALTERED BY THE GENERAL CIVIL POPULATION. IN A FAITH-BASED SYSTEM THAT POWER EXISTS ONLY WITH THE RELIGIOUS HIERARCHY.
