IT IS TIME TO MAKE THE JUDICIARY "INTELLECTUALLY RESPONSIBLE" FOR THE DECISIONS THEY MAKE. IF THEY WANT RESPECT, MAKE THEM EARN IT. THE RULES OF LOGIC APPLY TO EVERYONE. PART 2.

The Drafters of the Constitution were products of the  "AGE OF ENLIGHTENMENT," a PHILOSOPHICAL MOVEMENT that emphasized Human Reason and Individual Rights as the  Foundation for forming a Government/State. They realized that they did not want what European History had to offer as examples of  how Countries and Nations on that Continent selected certain principles and guidelines that shaped the Political and Legal System that was binding on all citizens that fell within each States borders.

These included:

- Monarchal Rule or Absolute Power 

given to a single individual.

- State-Run Religion.

- Political Power in the hands of a 

selected few.

- A Legal System that allowed for 

special privileges to certain members

of Society. (An Enforced Social Order).

AS YOU READ THE ABOVE EXAMPLES, HOW MANY SEEM

TO BE PART OF THE TRUMPIAN/GOP GAME PLAN FOR TODAYS U.S.?

With that background, let us return to the 

Bill of Rights.

When you read the 1st Amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Two things should stand out:

- These are behaviors, or how an Individuals Actions can be Addressed Legally by the Federal Government. 

- You will also notice that the Courts are given broad powers on how to interpret these freedoms. THERE ARE NO SET EXAMPLES OR SPECIFIC GUIDELINES THAT THE COURTS MUST CONSIDER FIRST. THERE IS NO "WITH THE PERMISSION OF..." TYPE OF RESTRICTION(S).

To clarify here is an example: Suppose the 1st Amendment said the following: " ...or abriging the freedom of speech, except in cases where said speech is critical of U.S. FOREIGN POLICY DURING A TIME OF WAR." Now we would have a case OF THE CONSTITUTION DIRECTING JUDICIAL AUTHORITY IN A SPECIFIC DIRECTION THAT MUST BE CONSIDERED WHEN RENDERING A DECISION IN THAT PARTICULAR SITUATION.

Now let us look at the SECOND AMENDMENT.

 Let's face it, David: a 50-50 Senate just isn’t cutting it for everything we need to get done for the American people.

We’ve got to protect and expand our majority with two more Democratic senators to get past the filibuster, codify Roe v. Wade, protect our democracy by passing federal voting rights legislation, and more.

But Republicans are gaining ground in the two states that represent our best chance to flip GOP Senate seats: Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. So now’s the time to help our Democratic candidates Mandela Barnes and John Fetterman fight back.

Pure and simple, losing our Democratic majorities this November would be disastrous.

Republicans in Congress have introduced a bill for a national abortion ban — meaning no safe havens anywhere in America — and they are planning to pass it if they take back the House and Senate.

And they’re not going to stop there. They’ll stop investigating the January 6 attack on our democracy, they’ll obstruct President Biden at every turn, they’ll try to grease the skids for Donald Trump to come back into power, and they’ll put Social Security and Medicare on the chopping block. Mandela Barnes’s opponent, Republican Senator Ron Johnson, even wants Congress to vote every year on whether seniors get to keep their Social Security and Medicare.

We just need to hold onto the House, and pick up two more Senate seats to not only stop them, but to end our almost-stalemate with our current majority.

If we expand our Democratic majority by two votes, and if we hold onto the House, we can end the filibuster and make Roe the law of the land as soon as January. That’s well worth fighting for.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won Wisconsin and Pennsylvania in 2020. Mandela Barnes and John Fetterman can win them again in November. And both support ending the filibuster to pass legislation that would ensure abortion rights nationwide.

But we’re running out of time to help them fight back against the GOP’s big money and onslaught of attacks.

FINAL CHAPTER? VLAD AND DONALD, IT WAS A GOOD PLAN...BUT HUMANITY IS MORE THAN JUST SYCOPHANTIC SELF-CENTERED YES MEN...

 

It almost worked, Vlad and Donald, didn't it. Your desire to destroy Democracy, with the aid of other Totalitarian Regimes, was on course to succeed.

Think of it, Donald stealing a Second Election, Effectively Destroying the CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC THAT WAS THE U.S. Where in the World could the Fascist Ideals that you both adore be prevented from overtaking all of Humanity. I mean let's look at it...

Donald either takes the U.S. OUT OF NATO, OR THREATENS THE FUNDING THAT THE MEMBERS NEED TO MAINTAIN THE PROGRAM.  Of course, the U.S. would not use SANCTIONS AGAINST RUSSIA, and would probably penalize any NATO ALLIES IF THEY DID SO. (DO IT, DONALD SAYS, AND WE WALK). It was perfect, right Vlad? No one comes to their aid, SO YOU ADD UKRAINE TO THE NEW "IRON CURTAIN."

What about Russia, China, and North Korea? They were enemies in the past, right? Surely, they would never find common ground? Oh, how times have changed. There Hasn't been much animosity lately, I wonder why?

It's kind of interesting that the rise in the seeming instability of the U.S Government, also saw an increase IN THE THREAT OF MILITARY FORCE BY NORTH KOREA AGAINST SOUTH KOREA, AND CHINA AGAINST TAIWAN. I mean they're both still making threats, launching missiles, conducting exercises etc., but with DONALD IN THE WHITE HOUSE, AND VLAD TAKING OVER UKRAINE, MY GUESS IS THAT THEY WERE EXPECTING FREE REIN TO COMMENCE THE MILITARY TAKEOVER OF BOTH COUNTRIES.

Who would stop you? NATO? NOT WITH DONALD HOLDING THE PURSE STRINGS. 

What about the MIDDLE EAST? You mean TOTALITARIAN REGIMES LED BY OFFICIALS WHO HAVE EVEN LESS REGARD FOR HUMAN LIFE THAN YOU TWO DO? It's not like they will try to use the power of OPEC TO AID RUSSIA...OH YEAH...NEVER MIND.

THINK ABOUT IT...WITH THE U.S. NO LONGER A CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, THE WORLDS LARGEST MILITARIES, AND BIGGEST ECONOMIES ARE NOW IN THE CONTROL OF FASCIST THUGS. WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF THE WORLD? YOU DON'T NEED TO BE VERY SMART TO SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING...DO YOU VLAD?...DO YOU DONALD?

Well, sorry to say, there are parts of HUMANITY WHO ACTUALLY CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO OTHERS. THAT WORKING TOGETHER, FOR A COMMON GOAL, WITH THE FREEDOM TO BE DIFFERENT...BUT ALSO EQUAL, IS SOMETHING TO STRIVE FOR. SOCIOPATHS, LIKE THE TWO OF YOU, ARE PROBABLY INCAPABLE OF THINKING BEYOND YOUR OWN WANTS AND DESIRES. I am not going to LECTURE YOU ON CONCEPTS SUCH AS "CATEGORICAL IMPERATIVE", "GOOD WILL" AND "DUTY", BUT WILL LEAVE YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING:

THE BIGGEST DANGER HUMANITY HAS EVER FACED, IS IN FAILING TO TRULY UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF THE TRUE EVIL AND MORAL DEGENERACY THAT YOU BOTH, AND OTHERS PAST AND PRESENT, REPRESENT.
