IT IS A VICTORY, BUT IT MAY NOT MATTER MUCH IN THE END.

PRESIDENT BIDEN.

I don't think the Supreme Court or for that matter Congressional Republicans – who for decades have pushed their extremist agenda – have a clue about the power of American women.

Last night in Kansas they found out.

Maybe so, but by gaining control of the Majority on the SCOTUS, THE FASCIST GOP AND THEIR RUSSIAN ALLIES DON'T HAVE TO CARE. THE LONG PLAN STARTED 6 YEARS AGO, WHEN THE DEMOCRATS IN THE U.S. SENATE ALLOWED MCCONNELL AND THE REP. PARTY TO  GAIN CONTROL OF THE SCOTUS. HOW SO? ASK OUR CURRENT ATTORNEY GENERAL.

They could care less what THE AMERICAN VOTER thinks. The gang of 6 controlling the Supreme Court do what they're told, and it's not LOGIC, JUDICIAL PRECEDENT OR THE  AMERICAN PEOPLE THEY LISTEN TO.

KANSAS VOTES DOWN A BILL THAT WOULD BAN ABORTION IN THE STATE. PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN.

President Biden;
Tonight, Kansans used their voices to protect women’s right to choose and access reproductive health care. It’s an important victory for Kansas, but also for every American who believes that women should be able to make their own health decisions without government interference.

This U.S. Supreme Court isn't about Intellectually and Reasonably applying Constitutional Law to todays Social and Political Issues. It's about finding any excuse to install Fascism in the U.S. PART 2.

To understand the direction being taken by this version of the SCOTUS, it is necessary to actually READ AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IS BEING RULED UPON, AND EXACTLY WHAT THOSE RULINGS MEAN. Further, are recent Decisions Justified?  Are ReasonablyValid Arguments being put forth that are Structurally Sound, and can withstand proper scrutiny?

I'll start out the analysis with a simple Quiz. Here is a Transcript of the First Two Amendments to the U.S. CONSTITUTION. THE BEGINNING OF WHAT IS MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE BILL OF RIGHTS.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II

A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

As you can see, these Amendments mention:

- RELIGION.

- SPEECH.

- THE PRESS.

- ASSEMBLY

- PETITION AND REDRESS.

-  ARMS.

Seems pretty straightforward, doesn't it? Where is the Controversy?

After all, they are all on equal footing, Right? No Differences, no Reason

to look any closer, Right? WRONG.

THERE ARE DIFFERENCES, AND THEY CAN BE FOUND, AND ANALYZED

PROPERLY. GUESS WHAT? YOU DON'T NEED A SUPREME COURT JUSTICE

TO DO THAT. (Which turns out to be a very good thing)

U.S. SENATOR WARNOCK ACCEPTS THE CHALLENGE...BALL IS IN YOUR COURT CANDIDATE WALKER.

My opponent has said if I name the place, he'd be there ready to debate. Then I guess I’ll be seeing you in Macon on October 13th and in Atlanta on October 16th. Is that right, Herschel Walker?
