IMPEACHING DONALD TRUMP: LET ME COUNT THE WAYS. PART 2.

ADVERTORIAL- An Advertisement, for a particular product or service, designed to give the consumer the impression that it is a NEWS STORY, RELAYING FACTUAL AND VERIFIABLE INFORMATION IN A MANNER THAT IMITATES ITEMS FOUND IN THE VISUAL, AUDIO, OR PRINT MEDIA. IN ACTUALITY, IT IS A DECEPTIVE PRACTICE THAT HAS LITTLE IN COMMON WITH PROFESSIONAL JOURNALISM.

THE MAIN GOAL: CONVINCING THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT IT IS A FAIR AND UNBIASED EVALUATION, AND SHOULD BE ACCEPTED AS TRUTHFUL. ALSO, THAT THE CONTENTS WERE GATHERED AND EDITED BY COMPETENT PROFESSIONALS WHOSE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SUBJECT MATTER IS EXTENSIVE, OR WHO HAD ACCESS, THROUGH INTERVIEWS, TO THE OPINIONS OF LEADERS IN THE FIELD RELATED TO THE SUBJECT OF THE ADVERTORIAL.

Sometimes the ADVERTORIAL will appear on a Fictitious News Channel, Site, or Page, created to
add legitimacy about the accuracy of the information being provided.

The following are examples of what
the consumer might encounter:

"NEWS 5 REPORT."

"HEALTHY LIVING DIGEST."

"WORLD FINANCIAL TIMES."

These exist solely as SALES TOOLS,
and are nothing more than a creation of
the Advertiser or Marketer. They exist only
to deceive the Consumer into believing that
they are PROFESSIONAL MEDIA OUTLETS.

Unfortunately, there is an even more insidious Tactic that
you might encounter: NEWS OUTLETS THAT ARE CONSIDERED
PART OF THE "REGULAR" MEDIA, (THAT SUPPOSEDLY
OPERATE WITH EDITORIAL STANDARDS THAT INDICATE A
DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM), WHO TOSS ASIDE OBJECTIVITY
AND ANY STANDARDS THAT WOULD INDICATE FAIR AND
IMPARTIAL INQUIRY, AND PUT THEIR NAME TO A PURELY
COMMERCIAL SALES PITCH.

For our purposes, here are SECTIONS OF TWO ADVERTORIALS THAT I
CAME ACROSS THAT RAN SHORTLY BEFORE, AND IMMEDIATELY
AFTER THE 2016 ELECTION. THIS IS PART OF THE ARTICLE I
PUBLISHED AT THE TIME.

BUSINESS.

(Fox News) --Speaking before a packed auditorium Donald Trump revealed his secret economic Stimulus Plan behind his "Make America Great Again" initiative. "It's no secret that the Average American is earning less today than they were before the 2008 recession." Stated Mr. Trump. "The reason is simple. There are people who know how to make money very easily, and they've rigged the system for themselves without sharing their secrets with people who really need it."

THE "CLIENT" IS NOW Financial Independence Academy.

Mr, Trump says the best opportunity available is a new program called Home Cash Code which teaches regular people to take advantage of this massive internet opportunity quickly and easily, and even places them with real online companies that pay them for their time completing simple tasks.

"Sara Taylor is absolutely changing the world with her Home Cash Code program" he said. "Normally, rich people keep the secrets to their wealth to themselves. But Sara, she has found an amazing opportunity, and she is sharing it with everyone. That's incredible."

Trump has not hidden his affection for Ms. Taylor. He has recently been praising her on social media for her efforts to teach regular people how to create amazing wealth in their spare time.

We investigated the claims made by Mr. Trump and Ms. Taylor, and what we found is nothing short of amazing.

With Donald Trump refusing to cooperate with an IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY by the HOUSE OF REP., we are left with the following: That the reasoning behind the refusal is as Irrational and Nonsensical as we might expect, given his inability to justify Intellectually and Morally just about any decision he has made since entering office.

The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

To begin with, any IMPEACHMENT INQUIRES OR PROCEEDINGS BEGIN WITH THE HOUSE, AND DOES NOT NEED THE APPROVAL OF THE SUBJECT OF THE INQUIRY.

FROM THE U.S. CONSTITUTION:

ARTICLE 1, SECTION 2, CLAUSE 5.

The House of Representatives...shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

ARTICLE 1, SECTION 5, CLAUSE 2.

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings...

IT IS THE HOUSE ITSELF THAT ESTABLISHES RULES FOR HOW IT CONDUCTS BUSINESS, NOT THE WHITE HOUSE. While there may be CONSTITUTIONAL RESTRAINTS,THESE WERE DECIDED BY THE COURTS, AND NO ONE ELSE.

NOTHING THE HOUSE OF REP. IS DOING CURRENTLY, REGARDING DONALD
TRUMP, IS CONTRARY TO CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OR JUDICIAL PRECEDENT.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAKE A QUICK SURVEY OF U.S. HISTORY TO FIND
HOW SUCH PROCEEDINGS WERE CONDUCTED IN THE PAST.

FOR EXAMPLE: THE CLAIM THAT THE HOUSE HAS TO VOTE FOR AN IMPEACHMENT
INQUIRY TO BEGIN IS FALSE, AND A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO THROW ATTENTION AWAY FROM DONALD TRUMP, AND HIS BEHAVIOR WHILE IN OFFICE. THE ONLY VOTE TAKEN IS AT THE END OF IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS, WHEN THE "ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT" ARE VOTED ON. A SIMPLE MAJORITY IS NEEDED FOR THE PRESIDENT TO BE "IMPEACHED", WITH THE ARTICLES SENT TO THE U.S. SENATE FOR TRIAL.

LETS PUT IT THIS WAY: IT WOULDN'T MAKE MUCH SENSE TO HAVE THE OBJECT OF A POSSIBLE IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY TO BE ABLE TO TELL THE HOUSE:

- WHEN AND WHY THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CONDUCT AN INQUIRY INTO
POSSIBLE IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS.

- WHAT THEY CAN OR CANNOT SAY TO POSSIBLE WITNESSES.

- HOW THEY CAN OR CANNOT GATHER EVIDENCE.

...AND MOST IMPORTANT: WHAT CONSTITUTES IMPEACHABLE
BEHAVIOR.

The TRUMPIANS HATE IT WHEN THERE IS A FAIR AND LEVEL PLAYING FIELD THAT
THEY CAN'T CORRUPT.

FROM THE BODY OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION: IMPEACHING A
U.S. PRESIDENT.

ARTICLE 1, SECTION 2, CLAUSE 5.
5: The House of Representatives...shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

ARTICLE 1, SECTION 3, CLAUSE 6.

6: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.

ARTICLE 1, SECTION 3, CLAUSE 7.

7: Judgment in Cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.

ARTICLE 2, SECTION 4.

ACCORDING TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, IMPEACHMENT IS, BASICALLY; A FORMAL ACCUSATION THAT IS LODGED AGAINST AN OFFICIAL, WITH THE PURPOSE OF FINDING OUT IF THERE IS ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO TRY THEM FOR "...TREASON, BRIBERY, OR OTHER HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS."

IT IS SIMILAR TO AN "INDICTMENT", A TERM USED IN CRIMINAL LAW. WHEN WE CONSIDER THE CASE OF A SITTING U.S. PRESIDENT, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES VOTES ON THE "ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT", AND BY A MAJORITY VOTE, IT EITHER FAILS THIS INITIAL TEST AND NO ACTION IS TAKEN, OR THE "PRESIDENT" IS "IMPEACHED", WHICH MEANS THERE IS ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO TAKE IT TO TRIAL.
