NPR BREAKING NEWS: Supreme Court Agrees To Hear Trump Subpoena Cases. (IT JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER.)

The decision sets the stage for a battle over whether a president can defy Congress' subpoena power.

I GUESS IT'S A GOOD THING THAT THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION WAS FAIR AND HONEST, SO THAT WE HAVE A PRESIDENT WHO PUT THE BEST AND MOST COMPETENT CANDIDATES ON THE U.S. SUPREME COURT.

OH WAIT, NOT A WORD OF THAT IS TRUE.

So Democrats, when your choosing a PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, ASK YOURSELF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS;

- WHEN PRESIDENT OBAMAS SUPREME COURT CHOICE MERRICK GARLAND WAS DENIED A CONSTITUTIONALLY MANDATED HEARING BEFORE THE U.S. SENATE, FOLLOWED BY A PUBLIC VOTE, WHICH PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES NOW RUNNING FOR THE DEMOCRATIC NOMINATION THREATENED LEGAL ACTION TO FORCE MITCH MCCONNELL TO FOLLOW HIS OATH OF OFFICE.

- IN ADDITION, WHICH CANDIDATES WERE SITTING IN CONGRESS AT THE TIME OF THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, AND WHAT THEY DID TO QUESTION THE BOGUS RETURNS THAT TURNED THIS COUNTRY OVER TO DONALD TRUMP, AND THE "NEW" REPUBLICAN PARTY.*

TALK IS CHEAP, AND HAS A SHORT MEMORY ON THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL.

* OR THE "NEW" FASCIST PARTY, WHICHEVER YOU PREFER.
