Transgender rights are under attack in Ma. Jennifer Childs-Roshak, Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts

Dear Searchingforreason.N,
Our health, our rights, and our freedoms are on the ballot this year.
The same people who have sought to restrict access to reproductive health care and the right to control our own bodies have placed on the ballot this November Question 3, which would repeal the landmark law that protects transgender people from discrimination in public spaces. Massachusetts voters will be the first in the country to vote on transgender protections.
The scariest part? Polls show us neck-and-neck with our opponents.
That’s why I’m calling on you to not only pledge to vote YES on Question 3, but to join us at the rally to support the Freedom for All campaign to preserve these protections for the transgender community.

LGBTQ rights and reproductive rights are deeply connected to justice for all. Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts has long stood with lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in the struggle for full equality — many of whom turn to our health centers and education programs for inclusive care and information. With the polls this close, we are calling on you, Searchingforreason.N, to join us in standing with the transgender community. We all must rise up to uphold these vital protections, stop discrimination, and vote YES on Question 3.
We’re seeing this unstoppable force mobilize right now. You can join the fight by rallying with us on September 16th in Boston.
Jen Childs-Roshak
