For all of you; IN LOGIC: A "RED HERRING"- We see a video of a fence, and a river. From that we're supposed to conclude that the Biden Admin. has failed to stop the flow of illegal immigration. The video provides no evidence about the ADMIN. SUCCESS OR FAILURE.
