I want to personally thank you for joining our team. I also want to share with you our ongoing, relentless plan to defend the civil rights and liberties of all people – with the help of millions of supporters...

Right now, our movement is fully engaging the mechanisms of our democracy, no matter how hard the powers-that-be try to dismantle them. We're organizing in our communities, we're suing in courts, we're placing enormous pressure on Congress and this administration, and we're building an electorate that will hold anyone running for office accountable to us – the people.

Because of supporters like you, the ACLU is better positioned than ever to block any threats to our rights. And that especially includes our most fundamental right to vote.

Politicians across the country are shamelessly attempting to block people's access to the ballot so they can push forward their own agenda at the polls. Through racially motivated gerrymandering, blatant voter suppression, and much more these anti-democratic tactics are impacting people of color, people with disabilities, and low-income communities the most. But that's why we're fighting back in the courts, at state legislatures, and on Capitol Hill to protect your rights everywhere – and to make voting accessible for all of us.

Together, on voting rights and all of our civil liberties, we will continue to challenge unconstitutional policies. We will keep advocating and delivering hundreds of thousands of calls and messages to Congress. And if our elected officials still have the gall to ignore the will of the people, we can and will make our elections a referendum on where the country is headed.

MY RESPONSE TO JUSTICE ROBERTS AND ALITO.

YOU SHOULD READ THE ARTICLE- CNN: WHAT MATTERS- "The Supreme Court's legitimacy problem" first, for background info.

Yes, I am directly accusing Justice Roberts and Justice Alito, and the rest of the "MAJORITY" RUNNING THE SCOTUS OF A LACK OF INTEGRITY. THEY ARE DELIBERATELY USING THEIR JUDICIAL AUTHORITY TO SUPPORT A POLITICAL AGENDA SEEKING TO CREATE A LEGAL SYSTEM BASED ON A SPECIFIC SET OF RELIGIOUS PRINCIPLES AND BELIEFS ADHERED TO BY A CERTAIN SEGMENT OF THE U.S. POPULATION.

By their Actions as JUSTICES OF SCOTUS, they are violating CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES laid out in the BODY OF THE DOCUMENT, AND UNDERMINING DECADES OF JUDICIAL PRECEDENT BY, EFFECTIVELY, MAKING PURELY FAITH BASED MORALITY THE LAW OF THE LAND. WHICH FAITH? Perhaps we should ask CHRISTIAN FUNDAMENTALISTS AND EVANGELICALS about their opinion on the new direction taken by the Court.

To begin with, the Role that Religion was to play in the shaping of the Legal System in the newly created U.S., as laid out in the CONSTITUTION, COMES FROM TWO MAIN SOURCES;

To be clear, THIS COURT IS MAKING A MOCKERY OF WHAT WAS CLEARLY THE POINT OF THESE TWO PRINCIPLES, WHICH WAS TO PREVENT ANY FORM OF "THEOCRACY" FROM BECOMING PART OF THE LAW OF THE LAND. UNFORTUNATELY, "THEOCRACY" AND "FASCISM" WORK VERY WELL TOGETHER.
