FDA chief apologizes for overstating plasma effect on virus

Update on the 2021 APA Eastern and Central Division Meetings. AMERICAN PHILOSOPHICAL ASSOCIATION.

Dear DAVID, Over the past several months, the APA leadership, including the board of officers and the executive committees of all three divisions, have been closely monitoring developments related to the coronavirus pandemic and its potential impact on divisional meetings planned for 2021. Regrettably, it has now become clear that the pandemic’s effects will not have sufficiently abated for us to hold in-person meetings early in 2021. We have therefore decided that the Eastern Division meeting planned for January 2021 and the Central Division meeting planned for February 2021 will not be held in person. We are now developing plans to hold these meetings virtually. We expect that the virtual meetings will be held on approximately the same dates scheduled for the in-person meetings, and all or nearly all the sessions planned for the in-person meetings will go forward in virtual format. Program participants for each of these meetings will soon receive additional information related to scheduling and planning their sessions for the new virtual format. We will announce further details about the virtual meetings as they become available, both by email and on the meeting pages on the APA website. We will share additional information about the Pacific Division meeting, currently planned for March 31 through April 3, 2021, in Portland, OR, as it becomes available. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenging circumstances. REMEMBERING TRUMPS DISGRACE: ARTICLES AND POSTS FROM HIS IMPEACHMENT. BREAKING DOWN THE MUELLER REPORT: DISHONESTY AND CORRUPTION CAN BE FOUND ANYWHERE.

Sometimes it is amazing to see the degree of desperation that is used to RESCUE OR BAILOUT PROMINENT INDIVIDUALS FROM THE "REALITY" OF A GIVEN SITUATION. It could be creating "FACTS" or "TRUTHS" that can easily be refuted, or ignoring information that contradicts a desired or pre-determined conclusion. 

If you have visited this site on a regular basis, my articles and posts on DONALD TRUMP MAKE CLEAR THAT HE IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF SAYING OR DOING JUST ABOUT ANYTHING TO IGNORE THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS ACTIONS, BOTH IN AND OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE. In addition, at least in Donald Trumps case, It is beneficial to have Allies who are willing to ignore Logic, Reason, or Duty in order to protect him from the Legal Consequences of his actions. 

What do I mean? Well, the current controversy regarding the MUELLER REPORT is a perfect example. 

When we discuss the Findings and Conclusions in the Special Counsels Report, it is necessary to set up Universal Guidelines that are applicable to all parts, and are not left to the Whims and Prejudices of whoever happens to be the Media Darling of the day, able to blurt out entertaining one-liners that are of little value, unless undermining the strength of our CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC is your goal. 


Make sure all Terms are properly defined, especially when it comes to possible allegations of criminal activity or actions that interfered with the LEGAL OPERATION OF THE 2016 ELECTION. There is no way to properly assess conclusions, if one, both, or all sides are playing "SEMANTIC" Games. 

THE SOURCE AND THE QUALITY OF EVIDENCE, EITHER PROVIDED TO, OR UNCOVERED BY, the Office of the Special Counsels Investigation, must be assessed properly and openly. NO INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE, CAN BE ALLOWED TO PASS JUDGMENT AND FORM PUBLIC POLICY FROM SUCH JUDGMENTS,WITHOUT PROPER JUSTIFICATION. 
(AND NO...TAKING THE PRESIDENTS OR THE ATTORNEY GENERALS WORD IS NOT PROPER JUSTIFICATION.)

IT'S TIME FOR CONGRESS TO REMEMBER WHERE ITS CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES LIE: ANY AND ALL  COMMITTEES OR AGENCIES, RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING AND SAFEGUARDING THE PUBLIC INTEREST, MUST MAKE A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION. FURTHER, THIS PROCESS MUST BE FREE OF INTERFERENCE FROM ANY OFFICIAL(S), ELECTED OR APPOINTED.

ALL OFFICIALS; FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL AND ALL RELEVANT INDIVIDUALS OR AGENCIES MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR DECISIONS MADE. NO POLITICAL OFFICE HAS A CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED "GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD," WHERE ANY ACTIONS THEY TAKE ARE BEYOND SCRUTINY OR OVERSIGHT. This seems to be Donald Trumps and William Barrs way of thinking, but I don't buy into it, and hopefully neither will the majority of Americans.
