Dear DAVID, Online registration for the Pacific Division meeting of the American Philosophical Association is open. The 2020 meeting will take place April 8–11 in San Francisco, California. DONALD TRUMP: IMPEACHMENT AND TRIAL, A STORY OF FASCISM, BETRAYAL, AND A WANNABE DICTATOR. PART 1.

Now that the IMPEACHMENT, AND TRIAL, OF DONALD TRUMP HAS ENDED, LET US CUT THROUGH THE USELESS DRIVEL AND PABLUM, AND SEE IF WE CAN MAKE SENSE OF IT ALL.


THE PROCESS IS AN EXAMPLE OF OUR CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AT WORK.



This is so far from Reality, that it really shouldn't be asked at all. However, knowing the Mentality 
of TRUMPIANS, and their DELUSIONAL GOD-KING, we should clear up any possible misconceptions. WHY?

Because, I have no confidence in the NEWS MEDIA making a fair and competent evaluation, SINCE THEY SEEM TO BE MORE THAN READY TO LET TRUMPS LIES AND HALF-TRUTHS GO UNCHALLENGED, FURTHER POLLUTING THE AIRWAVES. 

In addition, Why the Democratic Party is allowing this CORRUPT NARCISSIST TO HAVE THE LAST WORD, AND NOT ATTACKING EVERY IRRATIONAL DIATRIBE THAT SPEWS FROM HIS MOUTH ABOUT THE IMPEACHMENT AND TRIAL, MAKES NO SENSE. 

HOUSE DEMOCRATS; YOU DID A GREAT JOB, CONTINUE TO DO IT. IF YOU HAVE TO CALL A NEWS CONFERENCE EVERYDAY, TO COMBAT TRUMPS LIES, THAN DO IT. DON'T RELY ON THE MEDIA, OR SENATE DEMOCRATS TO STAND UP TO TRUMP AND THE FASCIST/REPUBLICAN PARTY. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO. RECENT HISTORY HAS
SHOWN US THAT. (i.e.,HANDING OVER THE SUPREME COURT, AND IGNORING A FRAUDULENT 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.)

Now for the matter at hand.

For the time being, let us ignore the CONTROVERSY that a SITTING PRESIDENT CANNOT BE
CRIMINALLY CHARGED, and realize that even asking such a question reveals an IMPORTANT TRUTH: THAT IMPEACHMENT, AND A TRIAL OF THE IMPEACHED THAT COULD LEAD TO REMOVAL FROM OFFICE, 
IS NOT PART OF ANY PENAL CODE. SO, LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT PLAY 
NO PART IN IT. INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION IS LEFT TO THE U.S. CONGRESS. 

Further, that no matter what the outcome, the INDIVIDUAL in question, (AND THAT INCLUDES ANY OFFICIAL WHO FACES IMPEACHMENT, AND IS, OR IS NOT IMPEACHED), CAN BE CHARGED, IN THE FUTURE, WITH CRIMES COMMITTED WHILE IN OFFICE.

So, the idea that DONALD TRUMPS RIGHTS were violated, at any time during the process, 
is nonsense. THE PROTECTIONS GUARANTEED IN THE  BILL OF RIGHTS HAS NOTHING TO DO 
WITH THE THE IMPEACHMENT, AND THE FOLLOWING TRIAL THAT WAS HELD AFTER HE WAS IMPEACHED.

That brings us to the following point; A CAREFUL EXAMINATION OF DONALD TRUMPS IMPEACHMENT AND 
TRIAL, SHOWS US THE MAJOR DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THOSE PROCEDURES, AND THE TYPE OF EXPERIENCE THE AVERAGE AMERICAN CITIZEN WOULD ENCOUNTER IN THE U.S. CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.

BLAST FROM THE PAST: RECIPE FOR A FASCIST PRESIDENCY: HATE, IGNORANCE, DECEIT, AND A BOGUS ELECTION.

How many Times have you seen or heard a Politician reiterate support for a Particular Side of an Issue, but later shift, alter, or completely change the reason for continuing that support? Do we find that such a change causes an immediate uproar among the Politicians Supporters, who shift Their Allegiance Elsewhere?

To a Minor Degree that does occur, but on the whole, the vast majority remain loyal to the Candidate, just switching one explanation for another.

This seems to indicate a Certain Mindset that most POLITICIANS, VOTERS, AND THE NEWS MEDIA REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE DUE TO THE SHORT AND LONG TERM IMPLICATIONS:

THAT MANY AMERICANS ARE LOOKING FOR AN "EXCUSE" TO JUSTIFY THE OPINIONS THEY HAVE ON CERTAIN ISSUES.  IN OTHER WORDS, THE CONCLUSIONS BEING MADE ON PARTICULAR ISSUES ARE NOT THE RESULT OF INTELLECTUAL REFLECTION, LOOKING AT ALL SIDES OF AN ISSUE WITH AN OPEN MIND, BUT WITH PREDETERMINED CONCLUSIONS BASED ON IRRATIONAL ARGUMENTS, WHICH ARE BUILT UPON UNWARRANTED, FALSE, AND MISLEADING PREMISES AND DATA.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

THIS IS THE REASONING THAT GIVES US POLITICIANS LIKE DONALD TRUMP, AND IS ONE OF THE TWO MAIN REASONS THAT HE NOW OCCUPIES THE WHITE HOUSE;                                                                       

1) THE RIGGING/ALTERING OF FINAL VOTE TOTALS IN CERTAIN STATES TO GIVE HIM AN ELECTORAL COLLEGE VICTORY. 

2) GIVING EVERY HATE GROUP ALTERNATIVE EXPLANATIONS TO JUSTIFY THEIR VIEWPOINTS. THESE WERE USED WHEN INTERACTING WITH THE MEDIA, OR ANSWERING QUESTIONS POSED BY POLITICAL OPPONENTS.  

AS WE HAVE SEEN IN THE PAST, THESE "EXPLANATIONS" WORK IF YOUR OPPONENTS, OR THOSE WHO COVER AND REPORT THE NEWS, LACK THE COURAGE, DISCIPLINE, OR WHEREWITHAL TO CHALLENGE THE OFTEN BOGUS, FALSE, OR INACCURATE CONCLUSIONS BEING MADE TO PROMOTE AN AGENDA OF HATE...

...AND IT SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE AN ELECTION, NOT AFTER...

HISTORICALLY, WHEN THE TERM "RESISTANCE" IS USED, WHAT DOES IT GENERALLY REFER TO?

"Resistance movements during World War II occurred in every occupied country...AND INCLUDED GERMANS OPPOSED TO HITLER AND THE NAZI PARTY."

"Anti-Soviet partisans may refer to various resistance movements that opposed Soviet Union and its satellite states at various periods during the 20th century."

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE, AND IT PROVIDES US WITH MORE EVIDENCE THAT THE REPUBLICAN PARTY TAKES THEIR LEAD FROM DICTATORS LIKE HITLER, STALIN, POL POT, MAO ZEDONG ETC.
